Meet Cookies for Kids' Cancer. This relatively new non-profit raises funds through bake sales for research for improved therapies for kids battling pediatric cancer. Started in 2008, the non-profit has continued to grow through each and every bake sale hosted by hundreds of people across the United States. Each of those individuals are inspired and motivated by the mission of Cookies for Kids' Cancer.

Meet the Autism Society of North Carolina. This organization has been really meaningful to me ever since I started helping out with twin boys with autism when I was a freshman in high school. Autism now affects more than 1 in 88 children.
